I have a Yak rack on top of my Westy and a Paulchen on the back. Both racks get used at least 3 times a week since we do a lot of biking. I have seen no difference in the fitting of the rack or the bikes on the rack between the 2 setups. The Paulchen rack fits very tight to the back door, and the bikes themselves don't move (bounce or sway). I actually like the Paulchen better because I don't have to remove the front wheels.
