Hi DT, If I understand your query, you'd like to have a 12v means of circulating coolant. This would allow you to rig up some type of external heat source, say a propane burner with a pot of water on it, and then your van's coolant going though a coiled copper pipe inside the pot or something to that Idea. Well, I've located a 12 volt pump that is on the part book or micro fiche section of 150-50, it's referred to as a additional water pump thermostat for vehicles with air conditioning. Perhaps this will be helpful. BTW, I just got this book from Bjorn, it's a Genuine Parts Illustrated Catalogue, I love it. I think he has a few left.
