Hello, Bill suggested that $10 buys a ready made converter. I decided to buy one. Mark said that the auto store converters were the 4 diode solution. I say that's too bad since the turn signal display is blocked if the brake lights are on. I would rather have a "correct" solution, so now I'm back to building the converter. Juha took the time to draw the schematic of his two relay system. This is the same as one of the designs as I came up with. Since Juha took the time to draw his schematic, I drew the schematic for my other solution below. You circuit designers out there just might find it amusing.
