I used to work in the medical field and we commonly used 10% bleach/water on almost everything. Don't remember anything fading from it, even the vinyl or painted surfaces.

(It will also free your poptop of HIV, hepatitis B, and other bloodborne pathogens, or so they told us. As an added bonus, your Westy will smell so institutional!)
