My Brother-in-Law is a Comm/Marketing guy for a big ol' computer co. here
in NC...you know which one. Anyway, for giggles the other night, he took
one of his little punks to the hockey game at the new (nameless) sports and
entertainment arena here in suburban SPRAWLeigh, NC.

On the way into the arena parking area, (again, just for giggles) he
started counting all of the marketing messages (banners from street lamps,
trash cans with ads, arena announcements, etc.) During their Hockey
experience he estimated roughly 400 different messages, and he said he
really lost count there were so many. Those are valuable eyeballs/ears you
have! It is everywhere.
