Hi Charles, If you drove an air cooled you would take any kind of heat, even transmission heat. The motor oil in an air cooled just doesn't get hot enough in winter to provide much heat. A gas heater or listee GMB modifications seem to be the best options for winter heat imho. Darrell Boehler
