Don't even get me started on the 411/412 thing.

I've had every other type 4, even had the type 3 squareback, (great car)... I want a 412 SOOOOOOOO badly, and Mom says, "No, a house comes first." Party pooper. :)

>From the same reason, the VWs 411 & 412 Variants (Squarebacks) were called "Long-Porsches" since they had the same engine as the 914. I asked for some parts in several junkyards a few years ago, nobody knew the type4 name [ already forgotten :-( ] but when I called them "Long-Porsches" everybody went "AHA!"
