How could a VW owner be a landlord in Berkeley? That's like calling me a
YFNRP (Friendly Neighborhood Real Estate Professional) in the Bay Area. = ) jk

There is a certain "conscientious" tenant advocate (attorney) in Bezerkley
who had no qualms about evicting his tenant in SF to get the property off
rent control. Hmmmm.
