PerL, I don't know if there is any difference between a Syncro and a 2WD but on our Syncro access to the pump is quite simple. The pump is attached to the side of the washer fluid bottle and is held in place by the shape of the bottle. The bottle is screwed to the underside of the frame just inside and front of the front left wheel well. The filler pipe is attached to the bottle by a plastic sleeve and separates easily. Unscrew the bottle and it slides out. -Larry
