Apparently I wasn't clear enough... I've lived in my van for the last year and half, parking on city streets and friends' driveways all across the USA. I created "crude home made curtains" using 25 yards of black felt and button snaps which is clumsily converted and not too professional looking. I often think of an ideal product with mylar on one side and black felt on the other that is easily reversible and doesn't cause ventilation problems, without minimizing space in the vehicle. Let me tell you, there's nothing worse than having to crash in your van and waking up to the police pounding on the sliding door. The fact of the matter is, factory curtains allow people on the street to see what's going on inside your van. I've never found a commercial product that provides the service I require.
