Try this on your bad windshield first. A little crude perhaps, but I have not lost a windshield or window yet. Bruce at Tassi Inc. in Colma showed be a quick and dirty way to pop-out windows and windshields (for early models without glue in the channel). Turn your back to the subject windshield. Kick backwards firmly with your rubber soled heel at the edges of the glass. Once the seals are popped. You just pull the windshield out. This procedure is not for the faint at heart.
