Terry,

Check to see that the CVs bolts are not loose or that a wheel is not loose or bent. The joints can be lubed in place using the following method.

Get an end for a grease gun that goes to a tube or point and matches some smaller plastic tubing in size. Slip the plastic tube on the end and slip it past the boot ... I used a screw driver to help make a spot for the tube to enter.

Squeeze the recommended grease (I use high temp moly) into the boot area near the joint. Then kneed the boot a little to move some grease into the joint.
