Have you seen pics of the van.  What does the owner describe the condition of
the body, interior, etc.?  The price is definitely right!   For not having a
rebuild done at 97K, the task will probably fall on you sometime in the not
so distant future.  Still though, if you want to take it on, it could be a
great deal.  If it is running decently now, you **should** be able to get
some miles out of it beofre the big one hits.
