    I have had a problem with my 1984 Westy leaking heat 
out of the vents.  


    I have all of the controls set to off...   But, some 
heat still escapes.  It is not a big problem in the winter, 
but in the summer it can be unbearable in 90 degree 
temperatures. Also, 


    Has anyone had a similar problem or know of a 
solution.  Could it be as easy as just adjusting the flaps 
or replacing a seal?  I have been busy fixing other 
pressing problems till now, but I would like to fix it 
before warm weather sets in.
