I take it you have to raise your leg higher to press the clutch due to a
fixed joint at your ankle?  Rather than modify the wheel, which I don't
recommend, try welding a second "outrigger pedal" to the clutch pedal so
your leg/foot will be moved over to the left.  Might work and be much
easier to restore to original condition if you sell the van.  Otherwise
I think you will be looking for an A/T Westy.
