the seats dont swival, the bases do.  you need to find a junked camper, and
cut the swival mechanism base out of the floor, and re-weld them into your
van.  use your existing seats.
FWIW, i have a partial swival mechanism for sale.. top part. just needs
bottom plate w/ bolts, (part that is welded to floor) tho im sure one could
be fabbed w/o much trouble.  $40.
