I have some brand new Dasher Exhaust Manifolds for $70 each.  These are great
to use when doing an in-line 4 cylinder conversion because they are 4 to 2
instead of 4 to one outlet and they are turned to clear the Vanagon diesel
engine mount.
This would be a great upgrade for those running the very restrictive diesel
Vanagon exhaust manifold, or the slightly less restrictive 4 to 1 manifold
(lovingly known as the "dreaded stock exhaust manifold").
