Well, it is certainly strange. Who knows why Todd is doing these things.

The Todd of late spent enormous amounts of time detailing his schedules, explaining why he could not get to certain projects, and offering limitless reasons why he could not do what he was paid to do---none of which was his fault or in his control. I spent tremendous amounts of time just reading his correspondence with one or two people. During all that time he could have at least made *some* effort to fix their transaxles. One was returned to an owner non-operational. Another competent transaxle mechanic personally inpsected his work and verified. Conclusion: gross negligence, stupidity or ignorance of momentous proportions, or Intentionally sabotaged. Either one of which was rendered him misleading to his customers.

Tracking him down was another story. Thanks to the good people of this list! Unfortunately, in the final hours, requests for assistance from local law enforcement had to be involved.
