Precisely. And likewise, we have a duty to warn our fellow comrades about known problems with someone they are likely to encounter. So all you "for sorry for him" types, I agree with you, believe it or not. It is not for us to judge this man. He will be called to account for his doings. But, that stills leaves us with the question of whether or not we will stand idly by with our mouths shut and allow an innocent person to wander blindly into the pit of misfortune with him. No, we cannot live with that. We must at all times do our duty. For in the end, we must answer to ourselves as well. Todd must do his duty too, but he has either chosen not to, or is incapable of doing so.

By warning the list member, I have done all I can do. I saw that as my duty. Having discharged that duty, I will drop the subject and sincerely hope Todd Hill will someday rectify his problems and lead a fulfilling life. If he needs help, all he has to do ask, and I will do what I can.
