I still have a few of these left too. I remove the kph speedo (unless you want it) and sell the unit for $100. This saves you time and effort removing a speedo you don't want and let's me keep it (one more paper weight:).

Also I discovered two things while selling these instrument clusters: 1. Gas tachs and diesel tachs are different (these are gas tachs). Gas tach works on pulses from the coil while diesel is getting input from the "W" terminal on the alternator. Diesel tach must be more like a potentiometer (spelling?). 2. These are super easy to install. If you have a wiring diagram for your van (I include these with the cluster) it tells you which pin number in the pin connector (which plugs into the tach) each wire is and what it goes to. If you remove the black plastic cover around where the connector hooks to the cluster it will reveal more of the printed plastic ribbon. Clearly printed, in english, on the ribbon, is the number of each pin and a description of what it goes to on the cluster (oil press. light, tach, coolant temp gauge, etc). I never noticed this until I was trying extra hard to help a customer who was having problems installing the unit. Just FYI.
