Hello all,
    I have not been on this list in sometime.  Good to see it still going and
flourishing.  When I have more time, I will write and re-introduce myself.
    But as to the reply, you stated you could not sell in your state because
of full disclosure laws, but what about another state?  I can understand your
frustration, however if you do want the problem solved, you may have to do
some things you do not want to do to get it done.  Just an idea, and of
course my two cents (sense?).  :+)
