Hello All,

How would you feel if someone sold you a lemon without disclosing all the facts to you? Full disclosure makes sense.

Nobody has ever been successfully sued over disclosing too much. However, the courts are full of cases of everything from innocent omissions to full blown fraud.

BTW I seem to recall a law in California that says a vehicle damaged then subsequently repaired (as long as it was not declared "totaled") may be sold without disclosure of the previous damage. Still doesn't sound moral to me. This law, of course, was sponsored by your friendly neighborhood insurance companies. That way, you can't sue them for a new car replacement in the event of a "non-total" fender benders. Said law should be similar in other states. Ya know, Californee's gotzz more than cheese. Vehicle code trendsetters -- we are.
