well i am just got home from pa and i finished looking at the 87 westy that
was for sale. Well the things i noticed that were wrong with it were the
seals for the poptop weren't doing there job anymore they have to be
replaced. I looked under the van it looked really solid so did the engine
when i started the van i noticed there was a sound coming from the ac fan i
guess on the driver side on the dashboard does anyone know what i am talking
about. All the cabniets and stove and the table in the front was there how
many table are there anyway. So took her for a drive but it took some what of
pressure to on the gas to get her going is this normal or not. I looked at
all the body seams and everything no rust i looked at the outlet plugs from
the outside great condition but the guys son follwed phish around and he
stuck every kind of sticker you can think of on all the cabniets i told the
guy i would contact when the lease is about to run out on my car. If i decide
to go with this van i still have to look at one more any imput would be great
also i notived the shell of the poptop have a 1 1/2 inch crack in it could
this be repaired and if so how much
sincerely sam
