Mine is 9 1/2 x 5 1/2 x1 3/4 inches without the heater valve [I assume you won't need that]. The reason I know is I measured it and the reason I could do that is that it is out of the heater for the dreaded rear heater leak.

Does anyone have the dimensions of the stock Vanagon rear heater core? You know, the one under the rear seat? (My van is presently in the shop, so I can't take measurements)
