I can't remember where I saw the ad, but I know that Bilstein makes a sport suspension kit for the vanagon. I believe that it is supposed to lower the van an inch or so (meaning an inch or so more than even the later model vans; however I might be wrong on this part). I will see if I can hunt up the ad or contact Bilstein about it.
