While we're on the subject, would there be interest in a set of 4 German made Boge high-performance springs for Vanagons? Scanning the archives, I believe something similar was offered on the list before but am not sure whose they were. These would lower the van slightly and also improve handling. Probably priced in the $350 range for all 4. Reportedly suitable for heavy loads as well. (Have been used on commercial VW crewcabs and cargo vans in Europe that carry heavy loads, therefore probably well suited for the somewhat heavy Westy as well.) Probably not for Syncro. I have to decide relatively quickly whether to import these or not, and how many.
