David, That is EXACTLY what we had. After months of frustration, one day, out of anger, I banged the ECU and it worked!!! We purchased a used Digifant and all was well. A year later, I met Darrell Boehler (e-wise) and he repaired it for us. He says that the problem was just a poor solder connection and no new components were required. I put the repaired ECU back in the van and, I swear it, it runs more smoothly. This year, a fellow in North Bay just had to have a Digifant the very next day so I shipped the purchased ECU to him on overnight express and sold it for exactly what I paid. We kept the repaired ECU. Thanks Darrell, you've made us all happy.
