From a tip on the German Bus Forum, there is a '90 16" 112i for sale in the Netherlands, the price is $15.000. Maybe this would interest one of you?

It's a home built camper, 90.000 kms, front and rear diff locks, a winch built into the front bumper (I liked that one very much!!!) etc. Check out the picks and the Dutch text at http://www.besko.nl/syncro.html One cool pic of this one, it is crossing a stream on Iceland, the water is even covering the headlights!!

Also on this page, there is a VW LT40 4x4 2,4 TD highroof. A rare bird indeed, it is the big brother of the Syncro with a straight six cylinder turbo diesel engine with 105 hp. This is the ticket if the Vanagon Syncro is too small for your needs.
