It's got 140 hp and the torque is 240 Nm, compared to 235 Nm in the
Golf/Jetta/Passat VR6. Not a heck more IMHO. Oh, peak torque happens @3200 rpm
in the EV compared to 4200 rpm in the G/J/P. That helps more!

Not the 90 hp! 202 Nm vs 235 NM in the VR6. Of course, the rpm comes in again, I
don't know what torque the VR6 got @ 1900 rpm. The TDI makes about 180 Nm @ 4000
rpm.
