First I want too Thank everyone that responded to my question about "automatic transmissions". ;~)) You all helped me out tremendously with your input. I am now a proud new owner of a 86 Vanagon GL Westfalia pop-top! Went for a ride and slept in it last night (slept like a baby). It's very clean and shifts supper smooth. Today new tires & an oil change (any suggestions would be appreciated)?

TIA enjoy, Greg 86 Westy "Lunar Eclipse" So Cal
