Hi David, Check the fuel pressure at the T fitting . It should be 30 with the vacuum hose connected and 36 with it disconnected. Listen to the fuel injectors with a steth-o-scope or with a screw driver in your ear and against an injector. You should be able to here them clicking as you crank the engine. If they click the hall is ok because the digifant ecus use the hall signal to develop the coil and fuel injector signals. Check to be sure you have 12 volts to both sides of the coil. If ok try another ecu. Darrell Boehler
