Sometimes the non-vanagon thermostats are also different in the sizie of their components and can hang up. Dangerous to your engine. Order the right one from some of our list vendors. About $18. I just got a new one from Ken Wilford. Ron Salmon at The Bus Dept carries them, as do others.
