While I know neither the Digijet or Digifant is any similar to the K-jetronic, this page describes the FI system in general, and also includes good info on Lambda (O2) sensor, and the work it performs.

This gives you straight information on how your engine is performing, I would have built one IF I had an O2 sensor on my car. Maybe I should install one, just for this indicator guage?
