Tom, Replace the master. Cold weather has shrunk the seals and it is not putting out a full stroke's worth of fluid due to leak-by. If the slave is not leaking it is probably okay, but it is easier to replace it at the same time. If there are no horrible noises or slipping with your clutch it is most likely not the culprit. Have fun, isn't great how cold weather pushes marginal components over the edge and you risk frostbite to replace them?
