I haven't dealt with them myself other than an e-mail questionm which was never answered, but I noticed that their website has a new main page. Where as the old one had pic's of both sons, now there is only one. It could be that there was a family problem and the former "tech" refered to as having a problem, was in fact Marks "missing" son. I think I'd give them the benefit of doubt, and see if they can't work thru this change in their organization. Of course I'm not the one waiting for restitution...
