I posted this problem before, but now I know the relevant environmental factor.. If I drive my '87 Syncro through a fairly big puddle, the engine will quit in about 15 seconds. It can restart immediately, but then again loses power within 30 seconds. This continues until something dries out. I'm not submerging the van here, but this will happen if the underside gets a good soaking. I took a look underneath to identify likely electrical culprits, but nothing was obvious. Any guesses?
