I'm bidding on a Syncro fiche on e-bay right now. If I get it, I would be happy to do this if I could find someone with a super high-res scanner willing to help. (I can assemble the graphics and burn the CD's) I'm thinking maybe an indexed PDF file would be the best approach. There may be some copyright issues, though... I remember there was a discussion on the list about this over 1 year ago. I thought I someone said that the fiche could be scanned and put it on a CD. I would think that this is the way to go.
