Are you sure it is coolant? Hate to raise any hope but in Vermont, it snows and they salt the roads, Road salt is CaCl, calcium chloride. It gets into everything and dries there, As the humidity goes up, it attracts moisture and condenses there. Even has a bit of the dread green colour. Test some of the drip with a test strip.
