The Good: we picked up our 1986 Syncro Double Cab Pickup today :-) More Good: the Subaru transplant in the pickup runs very very nicely. :-))

The Bad: the VC in our 1986 Syncro Westfalia is D.E.D. Dead :-( Also Bad: the DPO threw out some really neat stuff from the original VW 2.1 L engine

The Ugly: we found out the VC was dead after we slid into a snow bank :-( Very Ugly: The DPO removed the Eberspächer Heater without making any notes or labels.

Does anyone have (or know where I can obtain) the specs on how the Eberspächer Heater was originally connected (12v dc wiring, 120v ac wiring, coolant plumbing, fuel plumbing, air in, exhaust out).

Larry Without DPOs who would we blame?
