Folks may already know this, but:

It is REALLY easy to get money credited back to your credit card account directly by the credit card company if there is a problem with the goods you have ordered or their delivery. If they are excessively late, just call up your credit card issuer. If the stuff is no good, call 'em up.

Using that credit card puts you in that position of power rather than a bad dealer. In my one experience, the credit card company was prompt and helpful
