Yes, it would.

These light units are not better than the European, they are the same H4 units.

These lights are no good other than for the UK or SA or OZ or other similar RHD countries. The light pattern is asymmetric, with the right hand side of the light (on LHD cars) drawn upwards to light more of the right hand side of the road. This is all good for the US market. The lights in SA are mirrored, so the left hand side of the light pattern is drawn upwards to light up more of the left hand side of the road, and they will blind oncoming traffic if you use them in LHD traffic. British cars on holiday in Europe must cover parts of the head light lenses with tape so they will not blind oncoming traffic.

They are probably not much cheaper than the LHD lights either.
