Vinnie need a throttle body last year. Seems that over 200K miles just plain old wore it out. The problem with mine was that the butterfly plate bearing were worn so that the vlave itself rubbed against the housing wall and wellŠwore it out. This allowed air to pas by the plate so the idle setting was always a liit'e wrong no matter what we'd do. BTW-priced a new one at dealer for $675 i think! What a rip off! Got a used one on the list.
