A cool trick to quick-cool the beer on the 4th of July ( any day for that matter) is to sacrifice one co2 extinguisher by putting the beer down the extinguisher horn and discharging. Gets the job done. Of course you have to recharge the co2 cylinder again, be we are talking dealing with serious emergency thirst here in this case.
