Outlook Express 5 has a Mail Rule feature allowing you to filter your messages. If you are using Outlook Express 5 and wish to avoid receiving messages from the list's assorted poor spellers/buffoons/rednecks/bigots/etc. whose opinions you find offensive/intolerant/rude/etc., go to Tools/Message Rules/Mail. There, you can indicate how you want Outlook to handle messages with certain content in the subject line or body as well as messages from certain senders. Choose "delete from server" and these messages will never cross your monitor screen again. It's a lot easier than using the delete key.
