Eric,

Do you think the EV is better in the snow than a Vanagon? I spoke to my uncle about this, he works as a plumber and drives an EV for work every day. This model is a 97 2,4 D with long wheel base. He is disappointed with how the EV handles in the snow, compared to the 89 Vanagon 1,6 TD he used to drive. I just told him, "get a Syncro" but he said his boss thought it was too expensive!
