Most fiche readers are designed for microfiche that is about 1/4 the size of the VW fiche. If this is what they have (likely), even if you could get the fiche (not available from VW) you would have to cut it into small pieces just to view it. I'd worry about finding the fiche first, since it is hard to get. If you find that, the small readers are a dime a dozen at thrift stores, etc. since everybody's moving away from them, but as I said they're of minimal use for the VW fiche anyway.
