I want to say a public "thanks" to David B for his post. My fan switch went 2 days prior to this thread and with David's printed email in hand, I removed the panel and the old switch, installed a "new" switch and all is fine. I would not have tried this easy procedure without the guidance from David and the list in general, THANKS Malcolm. Halifax
