After the postings about Mark Stephens High Performance (one of which was mine) I went to their web page got their email address and sent them email everyday for 5 days stating, that I though my problem was an isolated incident until seeing other posts on this list and I would like my head or my credit ASAP. They just got back to me and said that one of the employees had misplaced the paper work (same story I got a year ago) the head has been shipped out with my credit slip and I should have it this Monday. I'm not holding my breath. I'll keep you informed. Maybe it's just to hot in the desert out there or there are some other substances involved. They both look a little toasted in their website photos.

John
