I don't want to minimize anyone's problems with Mark Stephens, but
felt it would be only fair to mention that I sent them a pair of heads
several years ago, they did exactly what I asked them to do, sent the
heads back in a timely manner, charged what they said they would, and
the heads have been fine to date.

Just another data point!
