Bill, This is a national campain by Pizza Hut. Should be every state USA. Your making our outside US listmembers hungry...Besides, Pier 49 makes a better pizza IMHO. And neither one can compare to the mom & pop type locations in the northeast. Yadda, Yadda, Yadda

CD's cost about $1.00. That's the cost of the cd and to burn it. The rest is profit.
